Why it is built this way

Islamic geometric pattern is unforgiving. The repeat has to be exact or the eye catches it immediately, and at cutting tolerances there is nowhere to hide. This is precisely the kind of work a CNC bed is for.

We work from your existing motif, from a reference you bring us, or from a pattern we draw for the space. Everything is approved as CAD before cutting, at full scale, so you can see the repeat land on the actual opening.

Beyond screens we have done laser-cut light fittings and printed and cut interior detail for mosque interiors. If it is a pattern problem, bring it to us.

    Delivered work, not a pitch

Screens and interiors already installed in KZN mosques. Ask and we will point you at them.

  • 02

    The repeat is exact

Geometric pattern lives or dies on tolerance. CNC cutting holds it across every panel in a run.

  • 03

    Beyond the screen

Light fittings, printed and cut interior detail, partitions and dividers — one supplier for the whole scheme.

How this one gets made

Four steps, one workshop

  1. Step 01

    Measure

Send the opening. Rough is fine — a photo with a tape in it beats a perfect drawing.

  2. Step 02

    Draw

We draw your actual panel at full scale and you approve the CAD before anything is cut.

  3. Step 03

    Cut

CNC laser cut, then powder coated or sprayed, on our own machines in Prospecton.

  4. Step 04

    Fit

Flat-packed with fixings and a drill template, or fitted by our team or an approved installer.

The repeat is exact across every panel. Anyone who works with geometric pattern knows how hard that is to hold.

Questions people actually ask

Have you done mosque work before?

Yes. We have designed and installed architectural screens at mosques in KwaZulu-Natal, along with interior work — custom screens for lighting, and Turkish and Moroccan themed prints and laser cuts.

Can you match a pattern from a photograph?

Usually. We redraw it as clean vector geometry so the repeat is exact, then confirm the full-scale CAD with you before cutting.

Can you do the partition and the light fittings together?

Yes, and it is worth doing. Cutting them together means the same geometry and the same finish across the whole space.

Do you travel outside KZN for this?

We cut and ship anywhere in South Africa. Installation is our own team in Durban and approved partner installers in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

Tell us the opening. We’ll draw the panel.

Rough dimensions are fine — we confirm every measurement on the CAD before cutting. No obligation, and no pushy follow-up.
