The wind is the local design constraint. Anything exposed on the Atlantic seaboard needs fixing centres worked out properly, and we will ask about exposure before quoting rather than after.

Approved installers handle fitting. They are vetted partners rather than our own staff, and we would rather be clear about that than imply a branch we do not have.
