Laser-cut fence panels and boundary screening
Boundary walls are the biggest, dullest surface on most properties. Cut panels turn that run of face brick into the reason people slow down outside.

Why it is built this way
We cut to your bay sizes, so panels land on the posts you already have rather than forcing you to rebuild. Send us the centres and we will draw the set.
For long runs, a pattern that shifts density across the bays reads far better than the same panel repeated. It costs nothing extra to cut — it is the same sheet, different geometry.
- 01
Cut to your bay centres
No rebuilding posts to suit a stock panel. We work from your measurements.
- 02
Sequenced patterns
Density can shift across a run so a long boundary reads as one designed piece, not a repeat.
- 03
Won’t rust on the coast
Aluminium, not steel. That matters a great deal in Durban.

How this one gets made
Four steps, one workshop
- Step 01
Measure
Send the opening. Rough is fine — a photo with a tape in it beats a perfect drawing.
- Step 02
Draw
We draw your actual panel at full scale and you approve the CAD before anything is cut.
- Step 03
Cut
CNC laser cut, then powder coated or sprayed, on our own machines in Prospecton.
- Step 04
Fit
Flat-packed with fixings and a drill template, or fitted by our team or an approved installer.

Can these be used as pool fencing?
As a decorative facing, yes. Pool safety fencing is regulated in South Africa and must meet SANS requirements for height and gaps — we will design the panel to suit, but the compliance sign-off sits with your installer.
What if my bays are not all the same width?
Very common on older walls. We cut each panel to its own bay. It costs no more because every panel is drawn individually anyway.
How are they fixed?
Usually to a light aluminium sub-frame or directly to the posts with standoffs. We supply the fixings and the drill template.

Privacy screens
A privacy screen is a light calculation. Too closed and you get a wall; too open and you get a fence. We set the aperture so you keep the breeze and lose the neighbours.
View →Gates
The gate is the first thing anyone sees and usually the last thing anyone designs. A cut facing turns a standard sliding frame into the front door of the property.
View →Window screens
Most window screening in South Africa looks like security first and architecture never. A cut panel does the same job for privacy and shade, and looks like it was meant to be there.

Rough dimensions are fine — we confirm every measurement on the CAD before cutting. No obligation, and no pushy follow-up.
