Our process
Four steps. One workshop. No middleman.
Most screen suppliers are brokers: they take your order, send it to a cutter, send that to a coater, and add a margin at each handover. We do all of it under one roof, which is why we are faster and cheaper on the same job.
- Step 01Same day, usually
Request a quote
Send rough dimensions and what you are trying to achieve. A photo of the spot helps more than a perfect measurement. We reply within one working day with a real number and a real lead time.
- Step 021 – 3 days
Approve the CAD
We draw your actual panel at full scale — your opening, your pattern, your fixing positions. Nothing is cut until you have seen it and said yes. Changes at this stage cost nothing; changes after cutting cost a sheet of aluminium.
- Step 03From about 5 days
We cut it in-house
CNC laser cutting, then powder coating or spray painting, on our own machines in Prospecton. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why nothing sits in a queue at a third supplier and why there is no middleman margin in the price.
- Step 04Booked with you
Flat-pack or fitted
Flat-packed with the fixings, a drill template and a one-page fitting guide, delivered anywhere in South Africa. Or fitted — by our own team in Durban, or an approved installer in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
Nothing is subcontracted
Design, cutting and finishing happen in one building. One person is accountable for the whole job.
You see it before it exists
Full-scale CAD approval is not an upsell. It is how we avoid remaking panels.
We quote real dates
If a job will take three weeks we will say three weeks. Optimistic dates help nobody twice.

Rough dimensions are fine — we confirm every measurement on the CAD before cutting. No obligation, and no pushy follow-up.
