Gates & balustrades

Laser-cut gate panels and driveway gate facings

The gate is the first thing anyone sees and usually the last thing anyone designs. A cut facing turns a standard sliding frame into the front door of the property.

Why it is built this way

We cut the decorative facing that goes onto your gate frame. The frame, the automation and the rollers come from your gate installer — we do the part everyone looks at.

Aluminium is the right material here for a reason people underestimate: weight. A lighter leaf is kinder to the motor, the track and the rollers, which means fewer callouts later.

  • 01

    Lighter on the motor

Aluminium facings weigh a fraction of steel infill. Your gate motor and rollers last longer for it.

  • 02

    Cut to your frame

Send the frame dimensions and we draw the facing to fit, including the rail positions.

  • 03

    Matches the boundary

Run the same pattern across the gate and the fence panels and the whole street elevation reads as one design.

How this one gets made

Four steps, one workshop

  1. Step 01

    Measure

Send the opening. Rough is fine — a photo with a tape in it beats a perfect drawing.

  2. Step 02

    Draw

We draw your actual panel at full scale and you approve the CAD before anything is cut.

  3. Step 03

    Cut

CNC laser cut, then powder coated or sprayed, on our own machines in Prospecton.

  4. Step 04

    Fit

Flat-packed with fixings and a drill template, or fitted by our team or an approved installer.

Questions people actually ask

Do you make the gate itself?

No. We cut and finish the decorative facing that fixes to your gate frame. The frame, rollers, track and motor are your gate installer’s work. We are deliberately clear about that split.

Will it make my gate too heavy?

The opposite. An aluminium facing is much lighter than steel infill, which is easier on the motor and the track.

Can the gate match my boundary wall panels?

Yes, and it is the single best-value thing you can do. Same pattern, same finish, cut in one run.

Tell us the opening. We’ll draw the panel.

Rough dimensions are fine — we confirm every measurement on the CAD before cutting. No obligation, and no pushy follow-up.
