That gap is the opportunity. We are building a list of vetted installers in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria and the coastal towns — people we hand finished panels and a paying customer to.
You need your own tools, your own insurance and work we can go and look at. In return you get jobs that arrive drawn, cut, coated and measured, with the fixings in the box.
Specifier questions
What exactly is in your scope?
Design, CNC cutting and finishing of decorative aluminium and ACM panels up to 2 mm, plus fixings and setting-out information. Structure, load-bearing frames, balustrade compliance and gate automation sit with your contractor and engineer. We are deliberately explicit about that line rather than vague.
Can you work from our drawings?
Yes, and we prefer it. Send DWG or PDF elevations and we will draw the panels against them and issue CAD for approval before anything is cut.
Do you supply setting-out information?
Yes. Fixing centres, panel weights, edge clearances and tolerances go out with the approval CAD so your installer is not guessing on site.
What tolerances should we design to?
Cutting tolerance is tight; the risk is nearly always in the opening, not the panel. Tell us how the surrounding structure is built and we will design in the right movement allowance.
Do you do trade pricing?
Yes, for repeat specifiers and installers. Get in touch and we will talk terms rather than publish a rate card that would be wrong for most projects.
Do you offer certification?
No — and be wary of anyone at this material thickness who says they do. Our panels are decorative and screening elements. Structural and safety certification is issued by your engineer for the assembly they sit in.
